When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary.

Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, we expect to continue to deliver the same level of service and excellence to our customers. We are here to serve you and continue to operate safely and effectively.

Austin's Floral wants to assure you that we are taking every precaution possible to ensure the health and safety of our clients, partners and family.

We are closely monitoring the situation and adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines. We regularly sanitize everything to ensure we are all safe from the designing of the flowers to your door. Although the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by packaging, food, or fresh products like flowers. Still, we remain vigilant in working to ensure safety remains our top priority.

Specific steps we have taken to protect our staff and customers:

Daily disinfecting of all facilities including door knobs, countertops, phones, keypads, keyboards, mice, tools, and equipment
Disinfecting delivery vehicles at the end of each route
Elimination of the “hand-deliveries” requirement.
Drivers will notify recipients of delivery and leave the gift at the door
Pick-up orders will be delivered curbside. Call ahead to have them ready to go and credit card payment preferred so no extra handling of money.
Business orders will be dropped at the front desk.
Nursing homes and hospital deliveries will follow the protocol set by the facility.

For funeral services, please call even outside of normal business hours. We will handle all your needs for the services.

We are limited to what we can get from the suppliers and will do our best to insure you receive the freshest and most beautiful flowers that are available. This includes plants. All are handpicked each day for you.

We have fresh flowers and plants being delivered everyday to ensure you receive the very best. 100 percent guaranteed. If something is not found to your liking, please feel free to contact us to take care of your concerns.
